Living with Dementia in Broadland Survey 2018
The Broadland Dementia Action Alliance (DAA is currently running its first ‘Living with Dementia in Broadland’ survey. It is for anyone living with or affected by dementia in Broadland or those who regularly visit the Broadland area (for example, to use shops or as a carer). We’d like as many responses as we can so we can build a better picture of what life is like for those living with dementia in our area, giving focus to the Broadland DAA’s work over the next year.
The electronic version of the survey is available here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BroadlandDementiaSurvey. There are 10 questions and it’s anonymous. The closing date is Sunday 28th October. It’s also available in paper format. If anyone would like paper copies then please email communities@broadland.gov.uk or ring me on 01603 430 522.
We would appreciate if you could share this far and wide through your community networks.
Many thanks,
Natalie Kordeczka-Clarke, Community Projects Officer, Broadland District Council
